Description
Having been postponed several times, July is now the date for Mat Irvine's talk on the 'outpost to the National Air and Space Museum, Washington DC'.
Based at Dulles Airport in brand new buildings, the Museum houses all the artefacts that wouldn't fit in the main buildings on The Mall in Washington DC. This includes the test Shuttle Orbiter Enterprise and, controversially, the restored Boeing B-29 Enola Gay, that carried the atomic bombs dropped over Japan during WWII.
NOTE this replaces the originally scheduled talk by Stuart Clark, which is now in SEPTEMBER
